At Charged Affairs, we provide a venue for new voices, rising experts, and tomorrow’s policymakers and shapers to provide fresh insights related to foreign affairs and national security. We publish opinions and analysis showcasing the expertise of YPFP’s members and participants in its special programs, particularly the Rising Experts Program. We are committed to helping YPFP’s talented fellows and members to develop strong writing skills that allow them to clearly communicate impactful ideas and unique perspectives that may be under-represented in policy discussions.

Charged Affairs is managed by YPFP’s Publications Fellow in conjunction with an editorial staff of member volunteers from across the organization’s programs. YPFP will begin soliciting and publishing member submissions in 2023 — watch this space for additional updates, coming soon.
